-
What is Tomorrow?
Tomorrow is a brand new weekly movement project for men living with a mental health condition. Running for 2hours every Monday in partnership by Herefordshire MIND and 2Faced Dance Company.
Work together with the male dancers from 2FD and Artistic Director Tamsin Fitzgerald to learn, create and express yourself and your stories through your body. Whatever your needs or experience, we will support you throughout the sessions. At the end of the 10 week programme you will have the chance of performing as part of 2Faced Dance Companys new professional production.

Why Dance?
It is good to dance. Pure and simple. Dance transforms people. It allows you to be creative, work with others, build confidence and sharpen your brain. It can improve your flexibility, strength and balance as well as get the blood pumping around your body, enhancing overall fitness. Scientifically, recent studies have suggested that dancing is one of the best forms of treatment for depression, with dancing for just 25 minutes reducing the symptoms of depression by 47 percent.
Its a super move!
