Floor work, fall and recovery, improv and fluidity are all explored through influences of Graham, Cunningham, Limon, Flying Low and Release technique. 2Faced Dance are world leaders in developing and pushing the boundaries of contemporary dance and are known for combining other influences into the technique to create a new and different way of moving.

  • Contemporary partner work is a discipline which mainly comes from Contact Improvisation, Release, Flying Low and elements of acrobatics. It is oriented to the development of physical relationships in duets, trios or group work.

  • Conditioning is ensuring a high level of physical fitness so your body can safely perform movement and skills with the least risk of injury. For dancers, body conditioning is an important part of their practice to strengthen their bodies and ensure flexibility. Body conditioning encompasses a variety of different techniques to achieve this such as, yoga, gym, weight training, pilates and calisthenics.
